Leaders should have more mod. powers. They have been in the movement for severall years, and we can trust all of them.

The reasons this should happen are for safety reasons. Currently, they can only really edit posts. They should be able to ban people, for spam safety. We can trust all of them to not misuse this power. So far, this power has been kept to the masters, and with good reason, but masters are not on commonly enough to stop a spammer before he takes a good chunk out of the myachi forums.

So what do you think?

Assuming they can grant us specific powers, it would make sense. It gets close to Admin power, but it'd help if a couple of us were able to delete accounts, or at least suspend/ban people. Right now, the best we can do is contact a Master about certain accounts or other problems and wait for them to get on and fix it.

Excatly. And, obviously, I can trust you. I don't know who else I could trust more than the masters and leaders on this form. Well, mabye Champ, because he knows I'll beat him up if he does anything i don't want him to:P.

But seriously, I see no possible negatives and a whole load of positives for this "promotion"

My quote was at least relevant to the discussion at hand.

As we're granted more powers, we have more responsibility. We, as Leaders, need to make sure we're going the right thing and not going on a power trip or abusing powers. Only if we're certain an account is for spamming, should be do anything about it.

I was just joking, hence the face with the tounge.

Any one else with feedback?

It doesn't really matter to me. I mean, we really haven't had that many spammers. If we do, it usually isn't that big of a deal. Everything has been going smoothly thus far. This board really doesn't need much supervising because we are relatively small compared to bigger forums.  Maybe one day leaders will need more power but right now it isn't that big of an issue.

completely true, but better to be safe now, then pay the consequences later, when, say, a true spammer comes to the forums and no masters are on, and we have no way to protect our selves.
