Dunkin Donuts was a screen print rather than a patch, but yeah, it was on a Made in China microsuede.  The Kids Reunion one is on there, but it's listed as "Twenty Year Reunion"

Most Myachis are made in China.

Myachis that are made in Pakistan are usually promotional items, and are made in smaller numbers. Usually the material is a smooth microsuede sort of fabric. They are spectacular jammers.
